Engineering Technology Research Center
Approved by Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and established in 2011, the Engineering Technology Research Center, with Acoustiguide as the supporting unit, focuses on the innovation and development of the country and the capital as well as the major needs of Beijing's public security, devotes itself to the research of key technologies such as alarms, monitoring, security checks and big data, as well as the research and formulation of security industry standards, obtains important research results and transforms them to cultivate first-ranking engineering and technological talents.
Provide a platform and support for the capital's security alarm and security check technical services, and play a leading role in the development of the industry.


Nieh Rong
Director, Engineering Technology Research Center
Nie Rong, Senior Engineer. She is the vice president of Beijing Sonic Electronic Co., Ltd. and the director of Beijing Security Alarm and Security Check Engineering Technology Research Center. She has presided over 3 projects of “Beijing Science and Technology Program” and 2 other provincial and ministerial projects. As a technical backbone, he has participated in the research of 3 “863” projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, 1 “National Science and Technology Support Program” project, 5 “Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Program” projects, and 3 other provincial and ministerial projects. He is the chief editor of more than 50 national, industry and local standards, and has published more than 10 scientific papers in domestic and international academic journals. He is also a member of SAC/TC100, SAC/TC577, Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and China Security Products Industry Association.

Deng Zhongliang
Director of the Technical Committee of the Engineering Technology Research Center
Zhongliang Deng, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Academician of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences, is a valid candidate for the election of additional academicians to the Division of Electronics and Information Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in 2017. Currently, he is the director of Intelligent Communication, Navigation and Micro-nano System Laboratory of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and the director of Technical Committee of Beijing Security Alarm and Security Check Engineering Technology Research Center. He has been devoted to scientific research and engineering practice of navigation and location services for a long time, and has led a team to build the world's first “Xiho” indoor and outdoor seamless high-precision navigation and location services platform, put forward the basic theory of wireless positioning and navigation in architectural space, taken the lead in solving the key technical problems of indoor high-precision positioning and navigation augmented by communication network in the world, and constructed the standard of seamless high-precision navigation and location services for both indoors and outdoors. Seamless high-precision navigation and location service standard and application system. As the first one to complete the project, he has won one second prize for national technological invention, two second prizes for national scientific and technological progress, 13 scientific and technological prizes at provincial and ministerial levels, 308 papers, 5 monographs, 76 authorized inventions, and so on.

工程技术研究中心于2011年经北京市科委批准成立,以声迅股份公司作为依托单位,围绕国家和首都创新发展及北京市公共安全重大需求,致力于报警、监控、安检、大数据等关键技术的研究,以及安防行业标准研究与制定,取得重要研究成果并转化,培养一流的工程技术人才。
为首都安全防范报警与安检技术服务提供平台和支撑,起到行业发展的引领作用。


聂蓉
工程技术研究中心主任
聂蓉,高级工程师。现任北京声迅电子股份有限公司副总裁,北京市安全防范报警与安检工程技术研究中心主任。曾主持“北京市科技计划”课题3项,其他省部级课题2项。作为技术骨干参与过科技部“863”课题3项、“国家科技支撑计划”课题1项,“北京市科技计划”课题5项,其他省部级项目3项的研究;主编参编国家、行业和地方标准50余项;在国内外学术期刊发表科研论文10多篇。兼任全国安全防范报警系统标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC100)委员、全国爆炸物品公共安全管理标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC577)委员、北京市科学技术委员会专家、中国安全防范产品行业协会专家委员会专家等。

邓中亮
工程技术研究中心技术委员会主任
邓中亮,教授,博士生导师,国际欧亚科学院院士,2017年中国工程院电子与信息工程学部院士增选的有效候选。现任北京邮电大学智能通信、导航与微纳系统实验室主任、北京市安全防范报警与安检工程技术研究中心技术委员会主任。长期致力导航位置服务科学研究与工程实践,带领团队建设了世界首个“羲和”室内外无缝高精度导航位置服务平台,提出了建筑空间无线定位导航基础理论,率先解决国际上通信网增强室内高精度三维定位导航关键技术难题,构建了室内外无缝高精度导航位置服务标准及应用系统。以第一完成人获得国家技术发明二等奖1项、国家科技进步二等奖2项、省部级科技奖13项、论文308篇、专著5部、授权发明76项等。
