1. The second phase of Changsha County Smart Parking Management project has more than 5,700 operating berths, including 3,738 berths in the existing planned routes of roads in central urban areas of Changsha County.
2. In view of the "difficult parking" problem around the Changsha County government, five sets of second-level traffic guidance systems, one set of third-level traffic guidance systems and their ancillary infrastructure are constructed to achieve parking guidance.
3. Iteratively upgrade the existing intelligent parking management system, improve parking supervision, parking operation functions, and add functions such as dynamic and static collaborative parking services. The parking supervision subsystem serves the government and transit company, the parking operation subsystem serves the operating company, and the parking guidance service subsystem, parking APP, mini program and public number provide convenient parking services for the public.
