In order to improve the cohesion of the team, strengthen the communication and exchange of employees, and enhance the sense of belonging of employees to the company, Guangzhou Sonxun Company launched an experiential outdoor outreach training with the theme of "Sonxun Networking, network security, elite team, unlimited vitality" on April 22.

 

 

On the day of the event, 88 employees arrived at the training camp at the Golden Beach Resort in Danzao Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, changing into camouflage uniforms and preparing for training in high spirits.

Before the training began, the coach made a directional speech and raised a series of questions: What is the significance of the company to organize employees to do intensive training? What are we going to gain through this training? How effective is teamwork in our life and work? Let everyone participate in all training programs with thinking.

 

 

The training arranged chewing gum, jumping out of the real me, Da Vinci Code, drumming, jumping over the graduation wall and other five projects, the whole process is guided by the coach to complete the tasks. Through collective participation in gum activities, the atmosphere is lively and all participants actively interact.

 

 

Then all the students were randomly divided into a team, each group recommended the captain, together to develop the team name, team flag, slogan and group display, requiring all the staff to display the slogan, clean and sharp action, and test the tacit cooperation of partners. After each of the three tests, the team performed better and better each time.

 

 

After the coach shared the summary, we carried out the personal high-altitude challenge project, looking at the towering high-altitude equipment, each with their own ideas. The program is designed to allow the team members to have a breakthrough experience, understand that all obstacles are self-set, and then take steps forward.

 

In the afternoon, we entered the battle of wits and courage - decrypting the Da Vinci Code activity. The decryption methods of each group are different, resulting in differences in effective information utilization results. When the winner is clear, the members of the transcendental group applaud each other.

 

 

The game is just a process, no matter what the result is, we need to sum up the experience and lessons. After the four partners finished sharing activities, they began to play the drum and ball for a limited time. Volleyball on the drum head rhythmically and smoothly continuously bounce, create as many ball records as possible, it is really a test of the cooperation of the players.

In the individual breakthrough and group competitive events, climbing over the team graduation wall is the most classic and memorable one. When we stand in front of the smooth walls, we have doubts, we have fears. No doubt it was a big test, but no one flinched. When the coach announced that the team had passed the test in 17 minutes and 3 seconds, we really felt that unity produced strong power and potential could be continuously tapped. The coach led us to do activities to share, personally experienced each scene, one over the wall figure, one stepped on the stepping stone players, vividly. 

 

 

Finally, Xu Jibin, general manager of the company, summarized the activity with six keywords: "Thanks, touching, feeling, harvest, confidence, blessing" :

Thanks to the ingenious arrangement of the Lord of heaven, the weather changed from misty rain to bright sunshine, and then it rained heavily after cloudy and refreshing, which was like testing whether everyone's will was firm, guiding us to feel the precious experience of sincere cooperation brought by the same boat through thick and thin. When our event is a complete success, congratulations to us again in the sunny sky!

Moved. Five captains clenched their teeth to complete the punishment task, and the coach opened the neckline of the team member Zhou Renxiang, exposing the shocking blood stains on the shoulder and other scenes, which were frozen into a fresh and moving picture after the event.

Sentiment. As long as we participate in this expansion with an open mind, participate with heart and experience with heart, both individuals and teams will have different harvests. Let me have a deeper understanding: in addition to the need for managers to take responsibility, more need to create an open platform for employees to play the subjective initiative.
