In order to improve the cohesion of the team, strengthen the communication and exchange of employees, and enhance the sense of belonging of employees to the company, Guangzhou Soundxun Company carried out an experiential outdoor expansion training on April 22 with the theme of "Soundxun Internet, Internet security, elite team, and unlimited vitality".

 

 

On the day of the event, 88 employees arrived at the training camp at the Golden Beach Resort in Danzao Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, and put on camouflage clothes to prepare for the training.

Before the training, the coach made a directional speech and put forward a series of questions: What is the significance of the company's organization of staff training? What will we gain through the training? How effective is teamwork in our life and work? Let's take part in all training projects with thinking.

 

 

In this training, five items were arranged, including chewing gum, jumping out of the sky, Da Vinci code, beating the drum and bouncing the ball, and climbing the graduation wall. The coach guided the whole process to complete various tasks. Through collective participation in chewing gum activities, the atmosphere is active, and all participants actively interact.

 

 

Then all the students were randomly divided into teams. Each team recommended the team leader, worked out the team name, team flag and slogan together, and displayed them in groups. All the students were required to display the slogan and move cleanly to test the tacit cooperation of the partners. After three rounds of tests, the team performed better and better.

 

 

After the coach shared the summary, we carried out the personal high-altitude challenge project. Looking at the towering high-altitude equipment, we had different ideas. The setting of this project is to let the team members have the experience of breaking through themselves, understand that all obstacles are self-setting, and then take forward steps.

 

 

In the afternoon, we entered the stage of fighting wits and courage - decrypting the Da Vinci code. The different ways of decryption in each group lead to differences in the results of effective information utilization. When the outcome is decided, the members of the surpassing group applaud each other.

 

 

The game is just a process. No matter what the result is, we need to sum up our experience and lessons. After the four partners finished sharing the activities, they immediately started the limited time game of beating drums and hitting the ball. Volleyball bounces rhythmically and steadily on the drum surface, creating as many records as possible, which really tests the team's cooperation.

Among the individual breakthrough and group competition projects, climbing the team graduation wall is the most classic and unforgettable one. When we stand in front of the smooth graduation wall, we have doubts and fears. Undoubtedly, this is a huge test, but no one flinches. When the coach announced that the team passed the test with a result of 17 minutes and 3 seconds, we really felt that unity produced a powerful force, and the potential could be continuously explored. The coach led us to share the activities. Each scene we experienced personally, the figure of climbing over the wall, and the stepping stone players who were trampled on, are vivid.

 

 

Finally, Xu Jibin, the general manager of the company, made a summary of the activity with six key words:
