The purpose of this special training is to deeply implement and learn a series of important regulations such as the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals", the "Measures for the Public Security Management of Explosive-prone Hazardous Chemicals", the "Regulations on the Management of Toxic Chemicals", and the "Regulations on the Management of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs", and deeply learn from the lessons of laboratory hazardous chemical accidents in recent years, strengthen the safety supervision of the use of hazardous chemicals in laboratories, master the relevant knowledge and management processes of hazardous chemicals in laboratories, and firmly establish safety awareness and prevention awareness.
The organizing committee of the special training invited a total of 14 experts from emergency management, chemistry and chemical industry, public security, public security and drug control, universities, hospitals, security equipment and other industries to give lectures.
