Mr. Tan Zheng said that he will actively respond to the call of the Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government for the “return of Hunan Businessmen”, seize the market opportunities of Hunan, especially Changsha, and strive to build a global R&D center city, increase investment, give full play to our company's advantages in scientific and technological innovation, operation services, etc., and contribute to the development and construction of our hometown.
In September 2021, Shengxun Co., Ltd. started the investment and construction of the Security High-tech Industrial Park in Changsha Rinkong Zone.After the project is completed and put into operation, it will become the smart security technology and product research and development center, smart monitoring and alarm operation service center, and intelligent manufacturing center for security products of Shengxun Shares in Central China, initially forming a leading monitoring operation, research and development and key product production innovation base in the national security industry.

When talking about the next step of development in Hunan, Mr. Tan Zheng said, “I hope to use the company's own series of research and development achievements in recent years to promote the digital upgrading and transformation of rail transit security inspection and security in Changsha City.It is hoped that we will increase investment in the field of low-altitude security and increase scientific and technological research. For example, we will jointly declare a provincial “engineering research center” with Hunan Airport Management Group and Central South University to focus on airport smart security, smart security, low-altitude security technologies, and core technologies such as video intelligent analysis in airport application scenarios, so that more innovative and intelligent products can be applied to the construction of Hunan Airport.At the same time, it is hoped that on the basis of the existing smart parking cooperation in Changsha County, it will meet the social needs of “safe, convenient, green and intelligent travel”, and actively promote the construction of the “one network” smart parking blueprint in the Changzhutan area.”
