Zhong Jianhua briefly reviewed the progress of smart urban rail construction. Since the establishment of the Smart Urban Rail Construction Leading Group and its office in August 2020, the Association has widely publicized and implemented the "Smart Urban Rail Development Outline", the comprehensive introduction of the smart urban rail planning of urban rail enterprises, the initial results of the construction of the smart urban rail demonstration project, the in-depth study of the key system of smart urban rail has been carried out in an orderly manner, the universal adoption of the urban rail cloud data platform, the smooth start of the smart urban rail standard system, the construction of smart urban rail, and the implementation of the urban rail responsibility, The construction of smart urban rail is in full swing in the whole industry.
Zhong Jianhua proposed the key work arrangement for the next step of smart urban rail construction: first, continue to vigorously promote the construction of demonstration projects and accumulate solid experience and engineering practice; Fully promote and reserve technology, achievements and personnel; Second, continue to deepen the research of smart urban rail system and lay a scientific theoretical and technical foundation. Ding Shukui detailed the overall work arrangement for implementing the Action Plan for the Development of Green Urban Rail Transit in China. First, improve the political standing and gather a high degree of consensus. With the sense of mission, responsibility and urgency of "powerful transportation and urban rail", we will closely follow the two major tasks of carbon peak, carbon neutralization and green urban rail construction, give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of urban rail owners, and vigorously promote the implementation of the Action Plan. Second, strengthen publicity and implementation, and gather industry forces. Further strengthen the publicity and interpretation of the contents of the Action Plan, so as to deepen the understanding of the connotation of the whole industry, focus on the goal consensus, and work together to promote. Third, deepen the preliminary research and lay a solid foundation for action. Closely focus on the "1-6-6-1-N" development blueprint of green urban rail, deepen the early research of green urban rail, and consolidate the foundation of action. Fourth, improve the working mechanism and decompose the objectives and tasks. According to the current functions of various departments and branches of the Association, the tasks will be broken down and refined, and the construction of smart urban rail and green urban rail will be promoted. Fifth, focus on key work and speed up organizational progress. Ding Shukui said that the release and implementation of the Action Plan is an opportunity related to the overall situation of the urban rail industry. At the meeting, Xing Zhiming reported on the scope of responsibilities and division of responsibilities (discussion draft) of the leading group and the office.
