Engineering Technology Research Center
The Engineering Technology Research Center was established in 2011 with the approval of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Science and Technology. With Sonxun Co., Ltd. as the supporting unit, it is committed to the research of key technologies such as alarm, monitoring, security inspection and big data, as well as the research and formulation of security industry standards, with the focus on the innovative development of the country and the capital and the major needs of Beijing's public security, and has achieved important research results and transformed them to cultivate first-class engineering and technical talents.

Nie Rong, senior engineer. At present, he is the vice president of Beijing Sonxun Electronics Co., Ltd. and the director of Beijing Security Alarm and Security Inspection Engineering Technology Research Center. He has presided over 3 projects of "Beijing Science and Technology Plan" and 2 other provincial and ministerial projects. As a technical backbone, he has participated in three "863" projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, one "National Science and Technology Support Plan" project, five "Beijing Science and Technology Plan" projects, and three other provincial and ministerial projects; Editor-in-chief participated in the compilation of more than 50 national, industrial and local standards; He has published more than 10 scientific research papers in academic journals at home and abroad. He also serves as a member of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Security and Alarm System (SAC/TC100), a member of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Public Safety Management of Explosives (SAC/TC577), an expert of the Beijing Municipal Committee of Science and Technology, and an expert of the Expert Committee of the China Security and Protection Products Industry Association.

Deng Zhongliang, professor, doctoral supervisor, academician of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences, is a valid candidate for the additional election of academician of the Department of Electronics and Information Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in 2017. He is currently the director of the Intelligent Communication, Navigation and Micro-nano System Laboratory of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and the director of the Technical Committee of the Beijing Security Alarm and Security Inspection Engineering Technology Research Center. Committed to the scientific research and engineering practice of navigation location service for a long time, led the team to build the world's first "Xihe" indoor and outdoor seamless high-precision navigation location service platform, proposed the basic theory of building space wireless positioning and navigation, took the lead in solving the key technical problems of the international communication network to enhance the indoor high-precision three-dimensional positioning and navigation, and built the indoor and outdoor seamless high-precision navigation location service standard and application system. As the first adult, he won 1 second prize of the National Award for Technological Invention, 2 second prizes of the National Award for Scientific and Technological Progress, 13 provincial and ministerial awards for science and technology, 308 papers, 5 monographs, 76 authorized inventions, etc.
